Welcome Evening (Sunday, Sept. 6)
The Welcome Event will take place from 6:00–10:00pm at Badeschiff Wien. Located on the Danube Canal, the venue provides a relaxed setting for networking and conversation. Each participant will receive two complimentary welcome drink voucher upon arrival. Additional beverages can be purchased directly at the venue and may be paid for by credit or debit card.
Networking Dinner (Wednesday, Sept. 9)
The Networking Dinner will take place at 6:00pm at Weingut Feuerwehr Wagner in the 19th district of Vienna. Guests will enjoy a diverse buffet featuring a selection of traditional Austrian delicacies.
VISTA Science Experience Center Tours
Immerse yourself in the world of cutting-edge research and discover how today’s ideas are shaping our future at the VISTA Science Experience Center. Explore the Science in the Making exhibition as part of a guided tour. The tours start at 02:00, 02:30 and 03:00pm.
